When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and phone number. Doctors additionally provide professional details (specialty, qualifications, PMDC license number) and payout account information. When you book a consultation, we store the appointment details, any notes you add, and a screenshot of your payment confirmation.
We use your information to operate the platform: matching you with doctors, processing bookings, verifying payments, and enabling chat or video consultations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your consultation details, chat messages, and payment proof are only visible to you, the doctor you're consulting with, and Sehat Digital administrators for verification and support purposes. A doctor's name, specialty, and public profile become visible to all visitors once their credentials are approved.
Passwords are encrypted and never stored or visible in readable form, including to us. Access to personal and medical information is restricted through account-level permissions, so patients, doctors, and administrators only see what's relevant to them.
You can update your profile information at any time from your account dashboard. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.
